+This xAAL device implements the tts.basic schema.
+It wait for "say" requests and forwards the message to pico2wave+aplay (using a temporary wav file)
+Debian packages: libttspico-utils alsa-utils

+In the "say" request:
+- field "msg" is mandatory
+- field "lang" is optionnal (default: "en-EN")
+- field "voice" is not implemented
